01Acceptance of terms

By engaging Dazzlebe Solutions LLC (“Dazzlebe”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for commercial road freight dispatching services, digital engineering squads, or enterprise AI consulting, you (“Client”, “Carrier”, or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

02Scope of services & dual division structure

Dazzlebe operates as an integrated commercial freight dispatch firm and digital engineering consultancy:

• Commercial Freight Dispatch Desk: Acting as an authorized independent dispatcher representing commercial motor carriers with active interstate MC/DOT authorities to scout high-yielding freight, negotiate rates with licensed brokers, complete carrier packets, and transmit shipping documents.
• IT & AI Engineering Studio: Authoring and deploying custom Transport Management Systems (TMS), driver telemetry portals, ELD streaming pipelines, and automated freight negotiation models.

03Carrier autonomy & zero forced dispatch

Dazzlebe upholds absolute carrier autonomy. Every load offer includes complete rate confirmation transparency. The motor carrier retains complete, unconditioned veto authority over all presented lanes, shippers, and appointments with zero penalties.

04Dispatch fee & payment

Dispatch services are billed at a pure 5% flat fee of the gross load confirmation. Dazzlebe charges zero administrative baseline penalties, zero setup fees, and receives zero kickbacks from factoring firms.

05Governing law & headquarters
