How Dazzlebe Solutions LLC collects, processes and protects motor carrier records, driver telematics and software client data under federal FMCSA and state privacy standards.
01Overview & commitment
Dazzlebe Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to preserving the privacy, confidentiality, and operational security of our motor carrier partners, fleet drivers, and enterprise software clients. We never sell, monetize, or broker carrier data to predatory third parties.
02Data categories collected
- Commercial Fleet Records: US DOT and MC authority numbers, Certificates of Insurance (COI), W-9 forms, rate confirmations, Bills of Lading, and driver contact numbers necessary to execute load dispatches.
- Software Client Data: Product specifications, API credentials, and cloud architecture documents provided under nondisclosure agreements.
- Telemetry: Server access logs and operational telemetry used strictly to maintain 99.95% system uptime.
03Encryption & document retention
All certificates of insurance, rate confirmations, and carrier contracts are stored with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Sensitive carrier packets are restricted strictly to assigned dispatch coordinators.
